maintain these specialized housing units.
2. Adaptive Transportation & Mobility Solutions
● Offer accessible transportation services to ensure Veterans can travel for medical
care, employment, and daily necessities.
● Provide modified vehicles with wheelchair lifts and hand-control driving adaptations.
● Implement on-demand transportation partnerships with VA hospitals, rideshare
companies, and veteran service organizations.
3. In-Home Wraparound Support Services
● Healthcare & Rehabilitation: In-home physical therapy, prosthetic maintenance,
telehealth access, and routine medical check-ups.
● Mental Health & Emotional Well-being: Counseling services, PTSD support groups,
and peer mentorship programs with fellow amputee Veterans.
● Employment & Vocational Training: Job placement assistance, remote work training,
and entrepreneurship support for Veterans seeking financial independence.
● Daily Living Assistance: Personal care aides, mobility training, and access to meal
delivery services to promote a self-sufficient lifestyle.
